The ICT4D (Information and Communication Technologies for Development) Collective

 

The ICT40 Collective was initiated in 2004 and is a group of people with a (0) _COMMITMENT_(COMMIT) to undertaking the highest possible quality of research in the field of ICT4D, and making the results of this available freely to the (17)_____________(GLOBE) community.
